Server and access data
When the site is accessed, technically necessary connection data such as IP address, time, requested file, referrer and browser identifier may be processed by Hostinger to provide and secure the hosting. Specific locations and retention periods depend on the actual hosting contract and provider information.
Contact form and email
When you send us an inquiry, we process your name, email address, message, and any optional information you provide about the type of project, website, and budget. The information is transmitted through our server to our project inbox; we send an acknowledgment to your email address. We use this data to handle your inquiry and for pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), not for newsletters or advertising campaigns.
We use Hostinger for transmission, hosting, and email delivery. Technically necessary session cookies and pseudonymized access counters protect the form against misuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We retain inquiries only for as long as necessary to handle them and meet statutory retention obligations. Cookies and measurement
The local build does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Internal click events are exposed only in the browser. External analytics must not be activated before this notice is updated.
Rights and contact
Depending on applicable law, data subjects may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Requests can be sent to the email in the legal notice.
Website precheck and quote requests
For the check you request, we process the website URL, email address, language, job status, timestamps and result. A protected IP-derived value helps limit abusive requests. Job data and reports are stored at Hostinger outside the public web directory.
Publicly accessible page HTML is sent to Browserless in the US region for selected technical checks. The email entered in the check form is not sent to Browserless as contact data. The checked HTML may itself contain personal information. Submit only public pages you are authorized to check, without confidential data or access tokens in the URL.
The confirmation link is valid for 48 hours. After starting, private job access is limited to 14 days; expired records are removed during cleanup. An individual quote is handled only on your separate request. The check does not add you to an advertising or newsletter list. For earlier deletion or questions, email stefan@steingraflabs.com.
